What the Pho?
We had this while we were ending our time in Shanghai. The place called itself a French-Vietnamese restaurant but then was looking for a waitress “to serve at a Major Italian Restaurant.” A bit confused? I agree. Other than that, the pho was decent, but not as good as the ones that I have had elsewhere. The Chinese should stick to Chinese food.
