Taste of Tremont & Meeting with Starbucks VP
Taste of Tremont is very similar to the Taste of Chicago and there were all of these different restaurants to choose from. The first was a pulled beef sandwich with sweetened corn. The second what an italian sausage and it was really good because the bread was really crispy. Only wish that the bun wasn’t so big because the first bite was just one of all bread. Then, I had a chocolate covered frozen banana but Parker had this amazing raspberry cheesecake ice cream sandwich. Tremont scoops was great! Then Andrew ate these small enchiladas that were really good as well. And we ended with meeting the VP of Starbucks and they had these amazing appetizers. They had chicken satay and these savory puffs! There was a mushroom and beef puff that still had some of the juices which absorbed into the pastry itself. And they had a cheese and sausage one that was really creamy and probably the cause of my food coma. smf.
