You asked for it: 6 Layer Cake :D
So, I set a goal for this week, and that was to make a 6 layer cake with alternating flavors. With inspiration from a friend who enjoys eating all of the things that I bake, I decided to do a strawberry and chocolate layered cake with a vanilla lemon frosting.
Problem: So the biggest problem with the cake was that I didn’t have enough frosting so I couldn’t frost the sides. I should have made more frosting but I was too lazy so this is the best that I got.
Overall taste: My brother seemed to like it an I thought it tasted good, especially when I chilled it. My parents are not very into sweet things though so they actually threw half the cake away when I was upstairs :( Other than that though, I will definitely be making this cake again when I am in Chicago. Then you can all taste test it :D
