KUBO Sushi :D
After some shopping, my mom and I stopped for sushi at Kubo’s. I was going to get the Kubo Monday special with a little bit of every kind of roll, but then I saw the Kubo Roll of the Month. IT WAS DELICIOUS!
It is a california roll with mushrooms and scallops placed on each piece. And then they drizzled eel and spicy mayo on top of it, also giving siracha sauce on the side for spice. Each bite, was so good because the 3 sauces tasted distinct but worked together. And then the scallops and mushrooms went really well with the roll itself too.
My mom and I also shared a sashimi platter for an appetizer and the salmon was so fresh! So happy to live near a coast again after so many months :D
