Saturday Dinner
As part of the May House auction, I decided to give away a saturday dinner and Andrew V. was happy to pay for this dinner.
We began with spring rolls, and then moved to tempura baked chicken. Then I made 3 dishes all in the picture of the one plate. We had sauteed eggplant, teriyaki beef and sweet chicken and onions.
Then we ended with dessert, which were these korean pancakes stuffed with brown sugar and peanuts.
