Pork Katsu: This was at H-Mart and it tasted pretty good until I realized that the pork they put in, was maybe a tenth of a millimeter thin. I was just eating fried breading basically which was quite disappointing. If this dish was made properly though, then I would eat it with the yellow cucumbers. The salad and rice were good additions but sadly, I couldn’t look past the pork.
Korean Glass Noodles: These clear noodles are made from starch but the differences between these and the other kinds of cellophane noodles is that these are made with sweet potato starch so the texture is really great. They had a sweet soy sauce and some siracha mixed in and then there were onions, fish cakes, carrots and cucumbers. Delicious!
